In view of strengthening our team, we are seeking a:

Online Business Coordinator

The selected candidate will be part of a team within a major multinational company operating in the luxury sector, responsible for supervising daily operations and guiding the growth of Marketplace & eConcession projects. The role also involves a comprehensive view of online business, including in-depth performance analysis of e-commerce, creating complete action plans to influence assortments, online merchandising, user experience, and website evolution.

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Statistics or equivalent and has at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Good problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, autonomy in task organization, and result orientation are required. Proficiency in English is also necessary.

Requisiti

Required skills include:

• Degree in Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in luxury fashion multinational companies.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Full proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Tableau or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of Contentsquare and Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Extensive experience managing digital assets (web marketing, online merchandising, user experience), with proven ability to promote ROI and sales.
• Exceptional planning and project management skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate external teams (service providers, web agencies), providing technical briefs, monitoring implementation, and analyzing results.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
