Logistics Supervisor / Orderfulfilment Lead

We are looking for a

• Material Handling Supervisor / Order Fulfilment Lead
• for our site in Monza, Italy. You will lead the overall site logistics operations and will be responsible for all relevant HSE, Quality, operational, cost, and service aspects (material handling & order fulfilment). You will represent the site logistics organization in the local leadership team for all material handling, order execution, dispatch, and distribution operations.

Most importantly, you will lead a team responsible for all internal and external orders - end to end (batch allocation, dispatching, transport planning, freight monitoring, cost settlement). You will act as the key operational point towards the Logistics Contracting Managers and CSO Managers.

Your area of responsibilities includes:

• Ensuring qualitative execution of the end-to-end delivery, transport, and freight cost settlement process, with a focus on customer service excellence, including reverse logistics.
• Legal compliance of order fulfilment processes.
• Managing, developing, coaching, and supporting the material handling and order fulfilment team as part of the site logistics organization.
• Contributing to increased customer awareness and representing the voice of the customer within the local logistics organization.

About you

You are an experienced logistics professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are pragmatic, autonomous, goal-oriented, resilient, and possess strong coaching and leadership skills. You are fluent in Italian and English. You have experience with MS Office and SAP.
