Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and acquiring new clients, companies, and strategic partners.
• Presenting and promoting YouHealthy's health and corporate welfare services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent support and assistance.
• Collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in health or corporate welfare sectors.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the corporate welfare sector.
• Proficiency with IT tools.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: €2,500 - €4,000 per month
• Package includes fixed salary + percentage of turnover + significant bonuses linked to achieving targets and performance incentives.
