• Clients : Provide individual coaching sessions to employees at various levels, facilitating their professional growth, goal attainment, and potential development.
• Needs Analysis : Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to identify development needs, focusing on where coaching interventions can be most effective.
• Implementation and Logistics : Manage the organization and logistics of coaching programs.
• Effectiveness Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs through feedback collection and results analysis, proposing improvements.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date on new trends and methodologies in the field of coaching.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Coach or equivalent practical experience in a psychology-related coaching role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
