RINA is recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its offices in Ancona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
This role focuses on certification audits planning. #LI-MC1
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
- Manage and contribute to development of planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
- Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across schemes.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
- Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education
High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to see the big picture and interpret situations effectively.
- Ability to build trust across departments and outside the organization.
