Our Medical Affairs team in Italy is growing, and we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Italy.

As our first Medical Science Liaison (MSL), reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs Italy, you will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with key medical experts. You’ll work closely with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to lead scientific discussions, support trial enrollment, and deliver educational programs and training. Serving as the primary medical point of contact, your scientific expertise will enhance team capabilities and customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.
• Leading scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, addressing inquiries, sharing relevant literature, and increasing product awareness.
• Gathering medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics.
• Developing and delivering comprehensive product education and medical-scientific information.
• Supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) in identifying and engaging influential experts.
• Supporting trials and ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.

This highly collaborative role involves working within a cross-functional local team in Italy and the global Medical Affairs team. As an early member of Nordberg Medical, you’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey toward becoming a global leader in regenerative solutions.

What you bring to this role:

• Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science.
• Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes.
• Ability to operate compliantly in a field-based role and collaborate effectively within medical and commercial teams.
• Fluency in both English and Italian, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in aesthetics or dermatology is highly beneficial.

This is a field-based role requiring willingness to travel nationally up to 75%, including participation in international meetings, team gatherings, and attending national and international congresses, some on weekends.
