For a multinational manufacturing company, a leader in its sector, we are looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager to join the organization.

The candidate, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for management control and reporting to the parent company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and propose multi-year planning for the Production Plant, R&D, and Automotive Services in Italy, in coordination with segments, BAs, and sectors.
• Prepare consolidated views of actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including reporting.
• Analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making by general management.
• Prepare reports, identify root causes of variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Support project initiatives and investments.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Your Profile

• Must have significant experience, as responsibilities will be assumed immediately with a short handover.
• Over 10 years of controlling experience in large multinational companies.
• Experience in product costing.
• Some accounting experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of digitalization processes and participation in ERP implementation projects.
• Management experience with a small team.
