Junior Business & Data Analyst (all genders)

We are hiring a Junior Business & Data Analyst to join our project team in Munich. You will report directly to the project manager and support various projects with different levels of complexity. You will serve as the key contact between business and IT, involving tasks such as requirements gathering, process documentation, data analysis, and user acceptance testing.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Participate in cross-functional working groups to translate business requirements into system specifications;
• Assist with documenting customer business requirements;
• Analyze data sets to identify anomalies and resolve discrepancies;
• Conduct user acceptance testing and support investigations of questions, issues, and defects;
• Manage stakeholder expectations and satisfaction;

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE

• A university degree in an IT or analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business);
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SAS, SQL, or similar is advantageous;
• Ability to work effectively with management and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;

Business proficiency in English and German is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
