Come farai la differenza

In qualità di Category Specialist, avrai la responsabilità diretta dell’ intera categoria Bilboa con l’obiettivo di massimizzare il sell out, le vendite e i profitti, lavorando a stretto contatto con le altre funzioni aziendali, come planning, finance, il team marketing e la forza vendita. Attraverso l’analisi, la lettura e l’interpretazione dei dati di mercato, svilupperai una strategia chiara, obiettivi misurabili e identificherai le opportunità di crescita per la categoria assegnata.

Come Sarà La Tua Agenda

• Definizione dei piani di categoria sell-in e sell—out con la responsabilità di gestione e monitoraggio delle principali leve trade che concorrono al risultato di Market share, IFRS & PMI
• Gestione e ottimizzazione del P&L di categoria, con responsabilità diretta su investimenti e sulla definizione delle politiche promozionali
• Lavorerai su tutte le leve trade, come la strategia promozionale e assortimentale, piani di visibilità in store, consumer activation e piani di attivazione ad hoc
• Forecast mensile dei volumi

Che Cosa Ti Rende Un Buon Fit

• Istruzione: Hai una laurea in Economia / Marketing o aree affini
• Esperienza di lavorativa: Hai 2-3 anni di esperienza in ambito sia di Sales che Marketing
• Competenze Tecniche: Competenza nella suite Office, in particolare Excel. Hai un’alta attitudine analitica per la costruzione di piani clienti a medio termine e familiarità con i principali KPI di gestione economica di un cliente
• Lingua Locale: Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese fluente

We are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Trade Marketing Personal Care function within the Home & Personal Care Business Unit, based in our HQ in Milan.

How You Make a Difference

As a Category Specialist, you will have direct responsibility for the entire Bilboa category with the goal of maximizing sell-out, sales and profits by working closely with other business functions such as planning, finance, marketing team and sales force. Through analyzing, reading and interpreting market data, you will develop a clear strategy, measurable goals and identify growth opportunities for the assigned category

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Definition of the category plans for sell-in and sell-out with responsibility for management and monitoring of the main trade levers that contribute to the result of Market share, IFRS & SMEs
• Management and optimization of the category P&L, with direct responsibility for investments and the definition of promotional policies
• You will work on all trade levers, such as promotional and assorted strategy, in-store visibility plans, consumer activation and ad hoc activation plans.
• Monthly forecast of volumes
  
  

Your Team

You will report directly to the Senior Category Manager Omia & Bilboa in the Trade Marketing Personal Care function

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Education: Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or related fields
• Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing.
• Technical Skills: proficiency in the Office suite, especially Excel
• Local Language: Excellent knowledge of italian and english
