Who You Are:
You are passionate about process management and Lean methodology. Task oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You are sparked by a fast pace, new challenges, and always have an eye on achieving business outcomes. You lead discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines.
The Lean Manager is responsible for optimizing processes and workflows across the organization to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality. This role involves mapping out workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing Lean methodologies. The Lean Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment, while also driving quality and information security awareness.
The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, working closely with operators, work teams, management, customers, and suppliers to gather insights and propose solutions. Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001 standards is also a key responsibility
