Who You Are:

You are passionate about process management and Lean methodology. Task oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You are sparked by a fast pace, new challenges, and always have an eye on achieving business outcomes. You lead discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines.

The Lean Manager is responsible for optimizing processes and workflows across the organization to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality. This role involves mapping out workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing Lean methodologies. The Lean Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth communication and process alignment, while also driving quality and information security awareness.

The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, working closely with operators, work teams, management, customers, and suppliers to gather insights and propose solutions. Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001 standards is also a key responsibility

What You’ll Do:

• Reporting into the Head of Group Quality & Process in the Eutelsat Group, lead and manage end-to-end process management portfolio globally
• Responsible for optimizing processes and workflows across the organization to enhance efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality
• Defining and drafting internal procedures, periodically updating them to comply with regulations and changes in the context.
• Define and Monitoring of process metrics (KPIs), identifying and addressing areas for improvement with Process Owners
• Be the overall Process lead and Lean expert on all ISO standards implementation, audits and assessments (9001/14001/27001)
• Assess and implement process automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of measurement systems, performance metrics, and customer experience goals.
• Support the Executive leadership governance on Quality Management System

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 10 + years’ experience in leading successful process improvement project portfolio
• Must have exposure to all the ISO standards 9001/14001/27001 (desired)
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and present this in a clear and concise manner
• Business transformation skills and Quality management (first time right/on time delivery)
• Experience in Space Tech/ Satellite Telecom or Telco operator sectors (desired)
• Educational background: Engineering/Technology/ Business management/ Economics/ Finance
• Professional qualification: Certified Process Manager and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (desired)
• Language: Fluent in English (mandatory), French and/or Italian (both optional)
