  • This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including Talent Acquisition, administering pay and benefits, maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct day-to-day activities of the HR Department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for HR initiatives, programs, and projects to support business growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to excellence.
