Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group, operates as a full-service international organization specializing in the development and management of observational, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. We are looking for a :

Clinical Trial Assistant (STAGE)

to reinforce our Operational Team in Milan.

Main Tasks :

1. Collaborate and support the study team members throughout project execution.
2. Prepare, manage, share, and archive study documents and reports according to protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
3. Evaluate the quality and integrity of study sites by performing periodic reviews (TMF and TCF).
4. Support CPM and CRA in developing and maintaining Trial Master Files and Trial Center Files.
5. Assist the CPM in tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, CRF completion and submission, and data query resolution. Support start-up activities and onboarding of stakeholders and suppliers.
6. Manage relationships with the sponsor and keep the CPM updated on trial status.

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
