Industrial Security Specialist for the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA), Vergiate

The role involves supporting classified activities in the context of Industrial Security (ex DPCM 5 / 2015 and subsequent amendments), including potential responsibilities assigned by the relevant regulations at the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA).

• Technical skills : Knowledge of national / international regulations concerning the protection of classified information; prior professional experience involving direct contact with entities / companies in Italy and abroad, and company units.
• Language skills : Good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Behavioral skills : The candidate must be discreet, capable of managing emergency situations, and making decisions for successful activity outcomes. Reliability, precision, excellent interpersonal skills including with institutional contacts, organizational, management, and teamwork skills.

Activities include :

• Managing security secretarial tasks related to the movement and handling of classified documents and materials
• Updating accounting records of classified documents under their responsibility and the authorized personnel list
• Preparing and issuing internal normative documentation for implementing security and classified information protection measures

The activity is carried out within the framework of industrial security (ex DPCM 5 / 2015 and subsequent amendments) at the sites of Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA), Vergiate (VA), and Sesto Calende (VA), ensuring :

• Correct application of regulations concerning the protection of classified information
• Security clearances management for site personnel
• Proper handling of national and international movement of classified materials and transportation organization in coordination with other units
• Support for managing classified tenders, contracts, and programs, in accordance with DPCM 5 / 11 / 2015 as amended, PCM-ONS directives, and Leonardo's Internal Security Regulations.
