About the role:

As part of our Customer Service team in Italy, you will support our customers and ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Lines, and Credit. You will work in an evolving, automated environment, focusing on service quality through analysis, process optimization, and automation. Your contributions to continuous improvement will be valued, with opportunities to collaborate across the Commercial Area (Italy, France, Iberia). You will report to the Customer Service Manager Italy.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor order status in SAP daily
  • Manage order release and delivery booking
  • Handle customer returns, refusals, and Credit Notes
  • Ensure customer interactions optimize service levels
  • Escalate and provide feedback on issues like stock, logistics, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure efficient order flow and upselling opportunities
  • Analyze data for trends and process improvements
  • Support digitization initiatives with technology tools

Who you are:

  • Experience in B2B Customer Service, international experience is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong digital and analytical skills; advanced Excel, familiarity with Power BI and SAP a plus
  • Team player, collaborative, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver, decisive, proactive in continuous improvement
