In Job S.p.A., a company specialized in recruiting qualified professionals and middle management, is seeking a Junior Project Specialist for the Crema Nord Est (industrial zone) area. This role is within a dynamic Italian service company that, with its 180 consultants and professionals, offers customized solutions in corporate and labor law to Italian and international clients.

The Junior Project Specialist, part of the Project Management Team and initially guided by a tutor, will focus on preparing reports mainly in Excel that highlight economic and labor data relevant to client needs. Through ongoing on-the-job training with a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in projects for both national and international clients.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare Excel reports on economic, accounting, and labor data.
2. Support clients in managing accounting and personnel aspects.
3. Serve as a point of contact for HR representatives of client companies.
4. Maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements

1. Diploma in scientific or economic studies.
2. Completed ITS Academy courses in scientific or economic fields.
3. Good familiarity with the Office suite, especially Excel.
4. Preference for candidates comfortable with smart and technological modes.
5. English language skills (a plus).
6. Analytical skills, relational abilities, and a predisposition for calculation.

Offer

• Full-time contract (40 hours) under the CCNL Commercio.
