Hse Specialist - Environmental Risk Management

Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to join our HSE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving our health, safety, and environmental policies in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development, update, and archiving of all mandatory documentation related to safety and environment, including risk assessments, procedures, emergency plans, and environmental reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify specific risks associated with work processes, including chemical, biological, mechanical, thermal, and other hazards.
• Participate in internal inspections and audits to verify compliance with relevant regulations (D.Lgs. 81 / 08, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 37001, SA8000, PDR125, EMAS). Prepare supporting documentation and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site checks to monitor adherence to HSE procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), report non-conformities, and propose improvements.
• Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions (mandatory and voluntary) on health and safety topics.
• Verify the compliance of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and signage.
• Manage waste disposal and environmental aspects; support HSE reporting.
• Collect, process, and maintain up-to-date data on accidents, near misses, environmental incidents, audits, and training. Prepare regular reports for management and regulatory bodies.
