Job Summary

To be an administrative and operationally to achieve quality standards, maintain a good team to achieve the objectives and goals of the department, offering quality service through customer service and supervision of the area.

What will I be doing?

• Manage 100% of the operation of their outlet.
• Supervise total control and daily inventory of tableware, glassware, cutlery, tablecloths, centrepieces, decorations.
• Be knowledgeable of their department's budget.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
• Friendly, outgoing and positive.
• Enjoy being part of a team.
• Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
• Good stress management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
