We're looking for a talented individual to lead our store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in retail management, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in-store.
• Manage and motivate the store team, setting clear goals and objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures.
