Chief Information Systems Officer

The Director of IT plays a crucial role in ensuring the compliance and security of our hotel's Information Technology and Audio Visual environment.

This includes, but is not limited to, Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, network security compliance, end-of-life management, project management, budget planning, compliance with MOHG Product Standards and Guidelines, external and internal audit compliance, and routine task management.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee the IT strategy aligning with hotel goals
• Manage budgeting, projects, risk management, and lifecycle management
• Ensure cybersecurity and PCI compliance
• Act as the hotel’s IT business partner and interface with MOHG IT standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Manage general IT operations, support, and routine tasks
• Lead the IT team, including resource management and talent development
• Oversee project management, including major projects
• Maintain network management and configuration, including WIFI setup and review
• Enforce MOHG security controls and local regulations compliance
• Plan and run Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drills
