We are seeking a Sales Back Office to join our team in Bologna.

The main activity involves developing solutions and proposals to present to clients based on specific requests related to local installations.

Additionally, the role includes:

1. Analyzing inspection reports, usage reports, or other necessary documentation to identify the optimal solution for the client;
2. Gathering information required to develop the technical solution within specified deadlines;
3. Estimating costs and pricing of the solution using dedicated configurators;
4. Presenting the technical and economic solution to the client;
5. Following up with the client to receive orders;
6. Passing the order to the local operational team for project execution.

Requirements and Skills:

• Diploma/University degree or equivalent;
• Customer focus and good relationship skills;
• Teamwork;
• Reliability and precision;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and SAP is a plus;
• Knowledge of English is preferred.
