As an Account Executive, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales to sell our solutions. You will succeed in this role if you are an energetic and organized self-starter who understands the sales process, can build relationships with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and communicate the specific benefits of Trustfull appropriate for each customer. You will be the key driver of revenue growth for the company and on the front lines for evangelizing our product.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT
- High knowledge of SaaS
- Prior experience with SaaS sales
- Fraud prevention experience is an advantage
- Ability to be flexible and comfortable with changing requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
