About the role

The Product Rating Specialist is a team member of the PL Care R&D team. She / he is responsible to monitor and analyze consumer institutes publications, reporting results and providing clear guidelines to the development team in order to improve product rating of Care products.

What will you do :

• Analysis of consumer magazine publications related to Fabric and Dish Care products :

Monitor publications released globally by key consumer magazines

Analyze results, identify gaps and areas of improvement

Internal reporting

• Cross functional collaboration with development team to improve product rating across categories

Provide guidelines to improve product experience and performance considering key parameters evaluated by consumer institutes

Support the definition of test methodologies and assessment tools

• Support product requirement definition in new projects aimed at improving Fabric and Dish care product rating, in alignment with category strategy and ambitions

Who you are :

Engineering university degree

More than 1 years experience in R&D, product development or technical roles

Experience working with multicultural teams

Fluent in English is required

Ability to lead cross functional teams

Clear and effective communication skills

Inclusive and strong collaboration skills

Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex business settings

Proactive attitude and willingness to establish new ways of working, exploring and applying new methodologies and approaches

Learning agility and adaptability to new situations

Curiosity for new skills and knowledge

You will be based in Porcia, the Global R&D Center and one of the biggest Electrolux factories in Italy, where we are undergoing a multimillion-dollar industry 4.0 investment. Here you will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
