Demand Planner - Supply Chain

Rentokil Initial, the world's largest provider of business services, is seeking a Demand Planner to support its Supply Chain department. With over 100 years of experience in Pest Control and Hygiene Services, and operations in more than 90 countries, Rentokil Initial Italia serves a broad client base across Italy, with a team of approximately 650 employees.

The Demand Planner will be responsible for forecasting and inventory replenishment activities, maintaining prediction models, analyzing business data, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. Key duties include analyzing network needs, defining SKUs, managing stock levels, and supporting system data integrity within Navision.

Qualifications include a degree in management engineering or equivalent in demand planning, proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Google Suite, experience with ERP systems like NAVISION or SAP, and good command of English. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, willingness to travel across Italy, and be prepared to support various logistical and administrative tasks.
