Position:

Are you passionate about project management in the retail sector? This is the perfect opportunity! We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail projects within the Fashion & Luxury industry. You will have the chance to collaborate with major Italian and international fashion brands, applying your skills in a dynamic environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Client interaction: Serving as the main contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction and shared goals.
• Project objectives and monitoring: Leading project planning, monitoring progress, managing budgets and timelines, and providing updates to clients and internal teams.
• Technical configurations and team collaboration: Ensuring technical and functional configurations meet client requirements, working closely with technical teams.
• Resource coordination: Motivating and leading the project team, monitoring activities to ensure effective execution.
• Project documentation: Drafting and maintaining clear project documentation at all stages.

Requirements:

While not all are mandatory, possessing these characteristics will help you succeed:

• Degree in computer engineering or related technical-management disciplines; experience in application consulting and managing complex retail projects is advantageous. Knowledge of Office and basic SQL is essential.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new management software applications. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer and business orientation, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
