In Italy, we have over 700 employees and five production sites, with local brands including FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.

We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The role involves designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within assigned areas. The manager will also build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients to promote our products technically
  • Managing sales across various brands and promoting our brand values
  • Achieving sales targets, including price increases and managing overdue accounts
  • Analyzing competitors' operations
  • Developing market specifications and actions
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Taking customer orders
  • Supporting and overseeing sales staff and agents
  • Adhering to driving safety rules
  • Collaborating with the Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clients

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience in sales and client management, with knowledge of the local area and customer base
  • Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (southern and central Italy)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused approach, demonstrating courtesy, availability, and competence
