SUSHI BAR WAITRESS / WAITER

This position is based at Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & SPA 5* L, a fully renovated structure with direct lake views in Como, part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The role is for the period July – September 2025, as an Operatore di Sala e Bar for the new Temporary Sushi Bar.

The ideal candidate will be professional, capable of providing high-level service in a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere, respecting guests' privacy and anticipating their needs.

REQUISITI:

• At least 2 years of experience in similar settings (Sushi Bar, Sushi Restaurant, or similar dining segments)
• Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus
• Knowledge of Sushi and Eastern cuisine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism, flexibility, and customer-oriented attitude
