Room Service Attendant

Position

We are looking for a courteous, detail-oriented, and service-driven Room Service Attendant to join our In-Room Dining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, deliver, and clear room service orders according to hotel standards.
• Present food and beverages professionally and respectfully in guest rooms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of room service trays and trolleys.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and company policies and procedures.
  
  
  

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for service.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Must be legally able to work in Italy without sponsorship
