Installation & Commissioning Engineer

Your future role

You will be responsible for installing and commissioning various industrial equipment at customer sites, acting as an ambassador for Premier Tech and maintaining the company's worldwide reputation.

• Perform internal testing at our Parma location when not on customer sites
• Install and start-up equipment at customer locations
• Conduct tests to verify proper operation of the equipment
• Train customers on how to use their new equipment
• Ensure a smooth transition to our Service team after the I&C period
• Diagnose and resolve problems at customer sites

Our ideal candidate would have…

• Technical training in the mechatronics industry
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the industrial packaging sector
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components
• Knowledge of PLCs (preferably Siemens) is an advantage
• An independent, self-motivated attitude committed to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and intermediate to advanced English skills
• A passion for traveling and willingness to travel extensively (+70%)
• A full driver's license and preferably based near Parma, Italy, for internal testing
