Innovation Consultant - Strategy & Organization

We are looking for a

• Consultant

who will aid in the expansion of our Business Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, with a special focus on the Strategy and Organization field.

You will have the chance to work in a dynamic business and technology environment, driving innovation areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining, maintaining, and ensuring project management standards across the organization.
• Providing the right business solutions through direct contact with clients.
• Planning, designing, and leading key group meetings.
• Planning and coordinating the execution of actions.
• Gathering customer and/or business requirements and performing functional analysis.
• Supporting clients in process review and design.
• Driving the collection and definition of functional requirements.
• Supporting the definition and collection of project concepts.
• Ensuring continuous alignment between involved structures and functions.
• Managing reporting for continuous monitoring of project initiatives and proactively addressing critical issues.
• Contributing to the identification of the best technologies for each project.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, management, or engineering.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in leading management consulting firms.
• Previous experience in all phases of Organizational Development projects, including analysis, process mapping, proposal design, materials preparation, and tracking implementation.
• Good knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the Verona area.
