The brand faded in the late 90s until 2019, when four Italian entrepreneurs revived it with a clear vision: preserve its heritage while offering a modern interpretation of the original product, blending simplicity and versatility while remaining true to the athletic roots of the brand.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant to provide an exceptional customer experience, promote Autry's brand and products, and achieve sales targets.

How you will contribute

• Provide exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, quickly identifying their needs to offer targeted and personalized assistance, and passionately sharing the story of our products, materials, and brand identity.
• Meet and surpass sales targets and retail KPIs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all products are correctly displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines and inventory is well-stocked.
• Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges.
• Stay updated with Autry's latest products and brand news, and share this knowledge with customers.

We are looking for someone with

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in footwear and/or ready-to-wear brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (to be tested during the interview); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
