Heritage Specialist (Permanent)

Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist with minimum experience in the role and a deep desire to actively contribute to the energy transition industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management systems
• Supporting the Employer, RSPP, and Doctor in ensuring compliance with DVR, Health Protocol, and Health and Safety training plans.
• Enrolling employees in safety courses based on job risk levels and monitoring their validity.
• Verifying legal compliance related to physical assets (offices, plants, etc.) in collaboration with the Employer and RSPP.
• Conducting workplace inspections to identify immediate risks and coordinating risk mitigation actions.
• Ensuring proper waste management in the industrial sector with sector specialists.
• Managing quality issues in projects, including validation of new suppliers, performance monitoring, and updating vendor ratings.
• Collaborating with technical teams to develop quality control plans and assisting contractors in quality control phases.
• Preparing and maintaining the order quality book with operational records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or management fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Equipment Manufacturers or EPC Contractors in Renewable, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation markets.
• Fluency in Italian and professional English.
