Alfa Laval Olmi, for the Suisio site, is searching for a Technical Buyer.

Based on the Alfa Laval sourcing objectives, commodity strategy, and initiatives, the successful candidate will execute and develop the Optimal Supplier Base solution regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost for goods/services delivered to specified sites, aligning with Alfa Laval Purchasing Process.

Role activities include:

• Create/update supplier agreements and processes considering optimal total cost, risk exposure, and product mix.
• Focus and follow-up on daily results related to the three shared goals for purchasing: quality, delivery, and cost.

Characteristics of the position:

• Data analysis competence
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Technical background (Mechanical, Material, or Industrial)
• Previous experience in the same role and sector is preferable.
