Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage the software in z/OS environment, both at LPAR level and sysplex level.
• Explore new z/OS features.
• Maintain hardware configuration and exploit hardware features.
• Install new products and keep them up to date by applying fixes or PTFs.
• Provide support and advice for new projects.
• Utilize monitoring tools and capacity planning.
• Investigate and resolve issues with the technical support team.
• Interact with other teams within the company and with clients and counterparties.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Analyze and manage high availability and disaster recovery procedures.

Other duties :

Additional tasks may be assigned as the role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required :

• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Deep technical knowledge of z/OS system configuration, JES2, DFSMS, and z/OS operations.
• Knowledge of major distributed operating systems (Linux, Windows).
• Understanding of information security standards and GDPR regulations.
• Experience in programming.
• Propensity for innovation and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English.
