Middle-Level Delivery Team Analyst

Position

Giovanni Pozzobon, our Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Delivery, oversees teams including Solution Integration, Solution Consulting, Cloud Governance, and Quality Assurance.

Our Solution Consulting team collaborates with Project and Service Managers to ensure project success. We are seeking a software analyst responsible for gathering technical and functional information to help our clients achieve their goals. The role requires organizational skills, software solution knowledge, business dynamics understanding, and strong communication and relational abilities.

  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, identifying user needs and translating them into clear, comprehensive specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams and client stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional project requirements.
  • Create functional specifications, flowcharts, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements.
  • Actively participate in planning and coordinating development activities, ensuring requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
  • Work with the quality control team to define test cases and usage scenarios, ensuring products meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Support the implementation and rollout phases, addressing user questions and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a functional analyst, application consultant, or similar roles, preferably in IT or software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development concepts and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
