Senior Industrial Controller, Canonica d'Adda

Location: Canonica d'Adda, Italy

Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of a leading manufacturing company near Bergamo Sud.

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Controller to join the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Controlling Manager. The role is pivotal in overseeing industrial management control activities, supporting various departments in strategic and operational decision-making. The main goal is to monitor plant performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's industrial strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

1. Preparing reports on industrial performance, ensuring timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting aligned with company objectives;
2. Analyzing industrial activities with reports and comments on deviations from budgets, proposing and supporting corrective actions;
3. Verifying achievement of revenue and margin targets, with economic evaluations of key cost drivers and productivity;
4. Developing and monitoring industrial KPIs, fostering a culture focused on performance and efficiency;
5. Actively supporting the improvement of internal control processes and standardization of reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields;
• At least 4-5 years of consolidated experience in Industrial Management Control roles;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic and operational support;
• Basic knowledge of SAP;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, basic macros);
• Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Contract: Permanent, with salary and classification based on experience, up to approximately €50,000.
