TXT Group is looking for a Facility Specialist for its headquarters in Cologno Monzese. We are seeking a professional with experience in building management, capable of ensuring the efficiency and comfort of our work environments.
Main Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be the point of reference for the proper functioning of the building, with a focus on the following areas:
Operational Management of the Building: Ensure the smooth daily operation of the premises, promptly addressing any structural or system-related issues.
Supplier Coordination: Manage and oversee external suppliers (craftsmen, workers, technicians, etc.), ensuring the quality of services provided and compliance with deadlines.
Administrative and Contract Management: Handle administrative aspects related to building services, monitor supplier contracts, and manage related documentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from the administrative office to optimize processes, and regularly interact with area Business Managers to gather their needs and provide the necessary support.
Budget Support: Contribute to defining the budget for facility management activities, monitor costs, and propose optimization solutions.
Work Monitoring and Reporting: Manage the progress of maintenance or renovation projects, coordinating effectively with the area manager to ensure plans are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Facility Specialist or in similar roles.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and priority management skills.
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with IT tools for managing facility activities.
This role requires daily on-site presence at the headquarters.
