Cost Manager

In this role, you will:

• Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues promptly and fairly.
• Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, including handling claims to ensure clients receive the best value.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Support project management through excellent cost documentation and timely communication to facilitate clear decisions.
• Participate actively in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project expenditure by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to your team.

• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on various projects.
• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in cost management or construction.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Are willing to travel briefly to meet clients, partners, and team members.
