Palestre Digitali is a Corporate Citizenship project by Accenture Italia in collaboration with Young Women Network, Fondazione Italiana Accenture, Randstad Italia, Assolombarda, Job Farm, Cariplo Factory, and under the patronage of Regione Lombardia. The project aims to enhance the employment prospects of young graduates in humanities, linguistics, economics, and social sciences by directing their skills toward the digital professions most demanded by the market. The course is free and available in two formats : "Virtual Classroom" for intensive team-based learning and "Digital Learning" for flexible, individual learning. The Virtual Classroom is a four-week, full-time course, while the Digital Learning format is fully customizable and accessible online. Companies are also invited to participate by offering practical training exercises or internships.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bagnino (Lifeguard) located in San Nicola la Strada. The Bagnino will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, monitoring pool activities, providing first aid when necessary, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool area. The Bagnino will also enforce pool rules and regulations, offer swimming instruction if needed, and conduct regular inspections of pool facilities.

Qualifications

• Professional swimming and lifesaving skills
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
• Strong observation and monitoring skills
• Ability to enforce safety rules and provide clear instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform rescues
• Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR
• Previous experience as a lifeguard is a plus
