UniCredit Group, through its Central and Eastern Europe Divisions, operates in 11 countries: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. The divisions cover a comprehensive governance model for these geographies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Join a team with cross-functional relationships, implementing strategies across multiple business units within CE&EE Banks.
• Focus areas include investments and non-HR cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Gather ICT demand, clarify business requirements, and enforce reporting standards.
• Prioritize processes related to the Projects Portfolio.
• Provide analytics on investments and non-HR costs to senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Manage the non-binding opinion process for project approvals and cash-out needs.

Requirements:

• Economic Studies University student or Master’s student (must be a student throughout the internship period).
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills.
• Motivation, self-organization, and team-working capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
