• Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission : Start with a base salary of 40-50k, with uncapped, euro-for-euro commissions. Average OTE : Year 1 : 80k, Year 2 : 160k, Year 3 : 240k.

The Role

• End-to-End Sales : Manage the entire sales process—from building a pipeline to closing deals and managing client relationships.
• C-Suite Engagement : Engage with decision-makers from medium to large businesses ($50m-$500m turnover) in meaningful commercial conversations.
• Problem Solving : Dive deep into your clients' businesses to identify pain points and provide tailored solutions.
