ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the Italian sales team, focusing on accounts in the Public Sector. This role offers a high-profile growth opportunity, requiring a highly motivated sales professional with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, integral to our rapidly growing company.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business sales revenue within prospect accounts and a select number of existing Enterprise accounts. This involves territory and account planning, forecasting, utilizing business development techniques, and engaging with the ServiceNow ecosystem to generate revenue opportunities and successfully close sales.

  • What you will do in this role

Achieve sales quotas for your territory quarterly and annually by:

  • Developing a sales strategy for your assigned vertical/territory, including a prospect list and regional sales plan
  • Qualifying prospects, developing, and executing new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition based on research of specific business conditions and drivers
  • Managing pipelines and sales processes, including forecasting and closing opportunities
  • Arranging and conducting tailored product demonstrations and presentations focusing on business drivers and use cases
  • Managing ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional revenue streams
  • Building trusted advisor relationships by understanding clients’ IT roadmaps and driving ServiceNow solutions within organizations and the marketplace
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and executives

Qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing a small number of large accounts
  • Experience in new business sales, particularly within SaaS/PaaS organizations, managing multi-million dollar deals
  • Experience in displacing complex or legacy software
  • Strong business acumen, including developing business cases and ROI analyses
  • Previous experience working with Public Sector accounts (preferred)
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand business drivers
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels, including C-level executives
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in Italian and English
