Role & Team

We are currently seeking a Hotel Director in Florence responsible for the overall operational management of the hotel, ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Core Activities

  1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, events, and maintenance.
  2. Leadership: Manage and motivate teams, develop a positive work environment, monitor budgets, control costs, maximize revenues, and ensure profitability.
  3. Guest Service: Ensure high-quality service and handle complaints effectively.
  4. Marketing & Sales: Develop strategies to attract guests, increase brand awareness, and improve occupancy, collaborating with the sales team.
  5. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and staff management regulations.
  6. Strategic Development: Identify growth opportunities, plan investments, and maintain long-term success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven leadership in hotel operations with strong conflict resolution and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel functions, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in revenue management, marketing, and digital channels.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and plan for growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business; advanced degrees/certifications are a plus.
