Training Administrator and Assistant (Internship)

• Full-time Internship (6 months) after degree with a possibility of extension or hiring based on performance.

The Training Administrator and Assistant Internship supports our training team at the Topcon Training Centre in Concordia Sulla Secchia (MO).

Job Purpose

• Support training activities planning, delivery, and reporting.

Core Job Duties

• Schedule training sessions, coordinate with trainers and trainees, and ensure all required materials are available.
• Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, arranging suppliers, and ensuring equipment is available and in good condition.
• Assist trainers during sessions, including setting up equipment, taking attendance, and providing technical support.
• Contribute knowledge in Satellite Navigation (GNSS) to training delivery.
• Manage projects proactively, including leading activities and reporting progress.

Requirements

• Degree in Survey, Civil, Construction Engineering, or similar; marketing studies may also be considered.
• Prior experience in administrative or support roles preferred.
• Experience in a training environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Satellite Navigation (GNSS), statistical methods, signal analysis, receiver design, applications, data analysis, system design, and interference mitigation.

Working Conditions

• Climbing on heavy equipment required.
