Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

  • Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs).
  • Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals.
  • Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, and handle registration/escalation processes for your region.
  • Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partners, and apply a unified approach with partners.
  • Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features.
  • Recruit new partners, build business plans, conduct customer mapping, and set objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement programs for partner teams.
  • Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through demos, marketing events, brand awareness initiatives, and co-marketing collaborations with partners.

What you bring :

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry for 5 years or longer, including relationship building.
  • Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
  • Business-level English skills and fluent Italian skills.
  • Motivation to work with leading-edge technologies and leverage them to create value for partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to exceed partner expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different departmental teams.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and quick learning ability.
  • Strong desire and commitment to succeed in sales.
