Position Summary and Main Responsibilities

• Lead Opex process by collaborating with functions, collecting data, and preparing monthly reports.
• Manage ICM (Capex tool) from a controlling perspective, ensuring data consistency with HFM and SAP.
• Oversee Capex process in SAP (new assets, depreciation, dismissals) for Local and US GAAP purposes.
• Manage Pro-Lease System (US GAAP), perform monthly updates and reconciliations with SAP GL.
• Analyze actual data, check variances, and support functions in proposing corrective actions.

Contribute to :

• Preparation of rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Defining and following up with IT on SAP improvements needed.
• Implementing new Dana policies and providing studies required by management.

Major Internal Relationships :

Local : Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), HR, Purchase, Engineering, IT, and SG&A.

Intragroup : Finance BU, Corporate, Logistics, other entities.

Job Position Requirements

Education : University bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting.

Professional Background

• Controlling experience in medium to large companies, preferably manufacturing plants, for 3+ years.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Considered a plus :

• SAP FI-CO and/or other modules.
• Stress-resistant personality.
