Senior Client Advisor - La Rinascente, Rome

This position is based in our new location in La Rinascente in Rome.

Overview and Purpose of the Role: In our store at La Rinascente - Rome, under the leadership and guidance of management, as a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you play a fundamental role in translating our brand DNA and story to the client. Your goal is to maintain our fabulous brand image while transforming client expectations and needs into sales success and loyalty. You are the voice of Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for our brand, products, values, and culture.

Under the management team’s leadership, you will provide an outstanding, highly personalized, efficient, and discreet client experience. As an integral member of a high-performing sales team, you will focus on sales, creating desire for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge about our luxurious collections, maintaining the store’s condition, and ensuring ongoing client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery: Attend all training events, provide exceptional customer experiences, reflect the luxury brand image through your attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior. Respond professionally and promptly to client queries and issues, including managing returns or damages.
2. Results Driven: Be aware of business performance and industry trends. Strive to achieve KPIs, improve boutique results, and meet individual and store targets. Prioritize products effectively for successful sales.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of all products, including design, craftsmanship, materials, and care. Use this knowledge to provide exceptional service and build sales.
4. Relationship Building & CRM: Build and maintain strong client relationships, foster loyalty, and actively grow your client base through outreach and clienteling, including events and launches.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate proactively with team members, support daily operations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Be comfortable with physical roles involving manual handling, standing for long periods, and using ladders as required.
