Food and Beverage Management Opportunities

  • We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, managing food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing training to staff, and maintaining high standards in F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage restaurant and bar operations, including food preparation, service, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food handling and preparation
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and budgeting

Qualifications and Skills :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems
