Role Description

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer service every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
• Offer alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels provided by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain consistent standards on the sales floor, including cleaning and organization;
• Check stock levels, replenish when necessary, and ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
