We are currently accepting applications for protected categories only (L.68 / 69).

As a key contact for our potential clients, you will adopt a consultative sales approach and guide prospects through the sales process WITHOUT PROSPECTING:

• Become an expert in Odoo, acquiring technical and functional knowledge
• Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers
• Receive leads, engage, and qualify prospects
• Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and pain points
• Provide tailored software demonstrations
• Create customized offers and negotiate contracts
• Manage account closing and after-sales support

Account Manager

Nurture long-term client relationships:

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy
• Deeply understand clients' IT projects and act as their Odoo sales expert
• Identify opportunities for future sales and increase solution adoption
• Demonstrate new features and versions to end-users
• Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi-year subscriptions

Business Analyst

Engage with clients to implement Odoo across various apps:

• Analyze client needs and suggest solutions
• Deliver personalized training sessions
• Support partner network growth, coaching partners worldwide, and manage long-term projects
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Commit to continuous learning

Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, or Marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to implement Odoo comprehensively. Field experience and a few years of expertise are valued for this role.

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English
• Work permit in Italy
• 0-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Knowledge and/or experience in relevant fields
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Self-management and organizational skills
• Interest in IT
• Team spirit
• Contribute to the evolution of the new Odoo subsidiary
• Responsibility and autonomy within a fast-evolving company
