Axia RH Metz is recruiting a Mobile Customer Service Technician for one of its clients in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on client sites.
Repair machines within the internal and client parks, including fault diagnosis and analysis.
Order spare parts from the branch to support corrective operations.
Propose additional services tailored to client needs.

Profile:

Background in electromechanics or vehicle maintenance.
Significant experience in maintenance of construction equipment (minimum 3 years as a Service Technician).
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Reactivity, punctuality, and autonomy to ensure customer satisfaction.
